Packing Process:
- Catch Cover Infeed / Feeding
The pre-cut catch covers (or envelope blanks) are automatically fed from the magazine into the machine's transport system. - Blister Strip Conveying & Alignment
The pharmaceutical blister strips are aligned and synchronized on the conveyor line to meet the open catch covers. - Insertion (Pushing the strip into the cover)
A mechanical pusher gently inserts the blister strip into the designated slot of the catch cover. - Folding & Sealing / Gluing
The machine folds the flaps of the catch cover over the strip and seals them (either through hot-melt glue or ultrasonic/mechanical locking). - Slitting & Cutting
Based on the machine specification of "4 knives = 250 envelopes", the continuous or combined packs are precision-cut into individual enveloped units by the cutting system. - Product Discharge / Outfeed
The completed medicine catch covers are discharged via the outfeed conveyor for final cartoning or bulk packing.
Optional accessories are available to enhance the functionality of the blister packaging machine.
